Accommodation Options

Accommodation can be booked during the registration process in the registration area, however, if you have already registered and now wish to book accommodation, you need to email the conference secretariat at this link with your booking request.

Please note: Our block of hotel rooms in both hotels are all non smoking. If you prefer a smoking room, please add that request in the ‘notes’ section when you make your accommodation reservations. Every effort will be made to honor this request.

HOTEL POLICIES:

We must receive full payment for your accommodation bookings prior to arrival.

Days Inn requires payment in full by 23 September. Cancellations or reduction in room nights after that date are non refundable.

Ramada Inn Limited requires payment in full by 16 October. Cancellations or reduction in room nights are allowed until 20 October. Cancellations or reduction in room nights after 20 October 2008 are non refundable.

While many hotels allow you to hold a room with a credit card number, we must pay in advance due to the number of rooms that we have secured for the Conference. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm your room reservation until we receive payment in full.
